Sasha Abramsky ~ Little Wonder: The Extraordinary Story of Lottie Dod

Sasha will  be talking about his book about the fascinating life of Lottie Dod, the  World’s First Female Sports Superstar.  She  was a British sporting polymath who dominated women’s sports from the 1880s to the early 1900s: a champion tennis player, golfer, archer, hockey player, mountaineer,  ice skater, tobogganist and bicyclist.
