About

The Berwick Writers’ Forum is a year-round initiative from the Berwick Literary Festival, created to connect writers and aspiring writers across Berwick and the surrounding area.

Writing can be joyful, but it can also be solitary, vulnerable and difficult. The Forum exists to create spaces where writers can meet, share work, exchange opportunities and feel part of a wider creative community.

Still in its early stages, the Writers’ Forum currently brings people together through live events, newsletters and collaborative projects, with ambitions to grow into a more connected hub for writers of all ages, stages and disciplines.
