The Great Berwick Family Recipe Challenge 2026!
The Berwick Literary Festival and Berwick Slow Food would like to invite you to take part in our exciting recipe challenge, to re-create the tastiest and most interesting recipes from our past.
All of the suitable recipes will be published in a booklet to celebrate the variety of great food that families living in Berwick and North Northumberland share. The most exciting entries will be featured in a family tasting event at this year's Berwick Food & Beer Festival on Sunday 16th August 2026.
There will also be related talks and events during this year's Berwick Literary Festival (5th — 11th October).
Full details about the terms of entry and events can be found here. Please check before you enter.
