Sketchbook Workshop

Sketchbooks are playgrounds for soul-informed ideas and creative thinking. Join Berwick Contemplative Arts and artist/educator Alison Mountain for a workshop that aims to capture this spirit, offering practical strategies and looking at how sketchbooks support and enrich creativity. Participants will make a simple sketchbook, using prompts to stimulate ideas and overcome fears about how and where to start.

Tidekettle Papermaking Demonstrations

Zine Making Workshop

Zines are self-published books or pamphlets; printed in small editions often by artists and collectives, they can serve any purpose. In this workshop with Sam Stokes, participants will use found imagery and some basic bookbinding techniques to create an edition of collaborative zines.
