One of poetry’s ancient forms, the letter poem offers a familiar framework, the freedom to explore themes ranging from public to private, and an intimate space where we can be our authentic selves. Following guided exercises, we’ll experiment with writing epistolary poems whether formal, therapeutic or imaginative. The workshop includes a break for personal writing. All writers welcome.
This event is presented in association with Berwick upon Tweed Library (click for further information) Also click on Northumberland Virtual Writers Aloud for information about events in the library!
